Gwinnett County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Update

Gwinnett County is updating their Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP), Destination2040. Destination2040, funded by Gwinnett County and the Atlanta Regional Commission, is examining the many changes that have occurred in the County’s population, employment, land use, and development since the adoption of the 2008 CTP.

After hearing from County’s residents during 2016, the planning team is preparing for its second round of public meetings.

There will be six meetings across the County in the coming weeks; each featuring the same content. These meetings are designed as drop-in sessions with a brief presentation as well as activity stations to help people learn more about the Destination2040 transportation projects, the Countywide Trails Master Plan, and upcoming transit enhancements.
